You and your partner will learn how to modify your favorite yoga postures for reducing pain during labor as well as skills to better attune to your own body's needs.  You will also learn breath and meditation techniqyes to reduce discomfort and anxiety throughout birth.  Your partner will learn how they can best support you in postures and how to provide targeted massage and other forms of support.   This class is a great way to prepare for whatever kind of birth you are hoping for as well as to reduce stress throughout the prenatal period.

What to Expect

Please Note: This class is a mixture of physical practice, breathwork and brief birth education.  It is not intended to replace prenatal education courses. 

Please dress comfortably.

No previous yoga experience necessary.
