A 5-day retreat in southern Spain | 24–28 May 2026

Join me for a deeply nourishing retreat in the mountains of Andalucía—a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.

Whether you're in the thick of motherhood, navigating a major life shift, or simply feeling burnt out, this retreat offers the space to rest your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with who you are underneath the daily noise.

We’ll move, breathe, rest, and reflect—together and in solitude. Expect yoga therapy-based movement, restorative practices, meaningful conversation, and long, sun-soaked afternoons with no obligations.

What’s Included

  • Twice-daily yoga therapy sessions (gentle movement, breathwork, rest)

  • Morning meditation and evening Yoga Nidra

  • 4 nights at Lucia Yoga Nature Reserve Retreat Center

  • 2 nourishing meals per day: brunch and dinner (Mediterranean-inspired, with dietary accommodations)

  • Daily free time and access to 5 pools on the property

  • Optional add-ons such as massage and journaling guidance

This is not a bootcamp or a packed schedule. It’s a retreat in the truest sense of the word: a step away from daily demands to restore your energy, clarity, and calm.

We’ll be staying at the Lucia Yoga Nature Reserve Retreat Center, nestled in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park in southern Spain.

This is a general flow; exact timings may shift to best support the group.

8:15–8:30 – Silent Morning Meditation
8:30–10:00 – Grounding Yoga Practice
10:00–11:00 – Brunch
11:00–14:00 – Free Time / Massage / Journaling
14:00–15:00 – Light Lunch

14:00–15:00 – Siesta/Swim
15:00–19:00 – Restorative Yoga
19:00–20:00 – Dinner
20:00–21:00 – Yoga Nidra or Gentle Evening Practice

Getting There

The nearest airport is Malaga (AGP). A group shuttle will be arranged to leave in the early afternoon on 24 May and return on 28 May after breakfast. Flights must align with group shuttle times.

Important Info

  • All levels welcome—no prior yoga experience needed

  • Women and nonbinary participants only

  • Group size is intentionally small

  • Travel insurance is required

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Cancel before 24 March 2026 for refund minus the €250 deposit

    • After 24 March, fees are non-refundable unless your spot is filled

Regular Rate 875€.   From 1 January- 30 April 2020

Cancellation Policy 

Please be aware of the cancellation policy. .

 When booking for Yoga Retreats with Emily Gold Yoga please note that we can only provide a full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date(less a 20% +BTW admin fee). For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% +BTW admin fee). If the retreat is cancelled you will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event.  Participants are required to purchase and show proof of travel insurance before attending all retreats.
