Prenatal classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy. Focused on relaxation, strength and reducing discomfort. 12:00-13:00
Postnatal classes are from 6-8 weeks postpartum. You can come with or without your baby. Focused on relaxation, strength and bonding with body and baby. 10:30-11:30
All classes are held at Avenue Tervuren 62 or can be done online on Zoom.
