Classes will be available to stream live and recordings will be sent out immediately after classes.
Prenatal classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy. Focused on relaxation, strength and reducing discomfort. 12:00-13:00
Postnatal classes are from 6-8 weeks postpartum. You can come with or without your baby. Focused on relaxation, strength and bonding with body and baby. 10:30-11:30
All classes are held on zoom and recorded.
