Prepare for birth with confidence and ease in this practical, evidence-based workshop designed for those in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters—no matter your birth plan. Whether you're planning a hospital, home, or birth center delivery, with a doctor or midwife, this session will equip you with tools to stay calm, centered, and in control during labor.

In this three-hour immersive workshop, you and your birth partner (if attending) will learn:
Breathwork techniques to manage contractions and stay grounded
Labor-supportive movement and positions for a smoother, more comfortable birth
✅ Doula approved Hands-on comfort measures like massage, pressure points, and relaxation techniques
Partner support strategies to foster confidence and connection
✅ How to use the mind-body connection to navigate labor with more ease

This workshop blends yoga therapy, mindfulness, and practical birth preparation, giving you a toolkit of movements, breath practices, and comfort measures to use during labor and delivery. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just a willingness to explore movement and breath in a supportive, empowering space.

Journaling is an amazing tool for managing stress and promoting mental wellness. Working with symbols is a unique and exciting way to tap into your soul and deepen your mental and spiritual well being. This workshop is offering an entryway to journaling with the use of Jungian symbols, archetypes and accessible journaling practices. Combined with meditation and a short yoga practice this workshop is designed to help you enter a new year with clarity and ease. Workshop will include:

Mind Body Stress Management for Parents

Being a Parent is not easy. We all want to do best for our kids while caring for ourselves. Learn techniques to make this more feasible.  

Parenting is always a challenge. Doing it without a village can make it even more so. Society puts so much pressure on us to be the perfect parent, and we often hold ourselves to unrealistic expectations. This can lead to additional stress on top of the already extreme amount associated with parenting.

This course focuses on mind body techniques (yoga, breath, meditation) to help you realign your own stress response and model more ideal behavior for your kids. It is taught with a realistic view of parenting and the world, you are allowed to make mistakes and no one is the perfect parent!

This course is designed for parents of all stages but is ideally targeted for those with children 0-8 years old.

No previous yoga experience is needed.
